We, Innova Services Limited, are providing complete Guidelines & Consultation services for South Africa Visa.









  All visa applications must be submitted in person, via a courier/travel agent or by registered mail.

  Passport valid for at least 30 days after the expiry of the intended visit. Passport must have at least 2 blank visa pages (facing each other);

  2 photographs (colour); 35mm in width and 45mm in height

  Duly completed visa application form (BI-84). Forms are available at this office, but may also be downloaded from the website of the Department of Home Affairs at, or (Failure to complete the application form in full may result in the visa being delayed or refused. Please use block letters and black ink only)

  Payment of the prescribed visa application fee, if applicable. The visa fee can be obtained from the High Commission either telephonically or via e-mail.

  • Sri Lankan / Nepalese passport holders are subject to the application fee;
  • Bangladeshi passport holders are exempt from the application fee;
  • Maldivian passport holders are exempt from the visa for an intended stay of 30 days or less;
  • Nepal/ Bangladesh/ Maldives passport holders should send the fee (if applicable) as a Bank Transfer. Account details obtainable from this mission.

Note: Proof of Bank Transfer should submit along with the application.

  A vaccination certificate, if required. Yellow fever certificates are required if the journey starts or entails passing through the yellow fever belt of Africa or South America;

  Proof of financial means to cover the living expenses during the sojourn in South Africa. Proof to be submitted in the form of:

  Bank statements for last three months certified copies from the bank with the originals.

  Salary advice certified copies for last three months with the originals.

  Undertaking(s) by host(s) in South Africa; – Invitation letter sign by the host, ID, passport or valid permit copy for the host.

  Medical cover/ travel insurance (coverage :- South Africa to stated)

  Cash available, including credit cards or travellers’ cheques.

  Proof of booking of return/onward air ticket. No fixed travel arrangements must be made prior to the issuing of the visa.

  Statement and/or documentation confirming the purpose and duration of the visit (Business purpose- Business registration copy)

  Schedule of confirm business appointments, proved the contact land telephone for SA (not the mobile numbers) and physical address.

  Applicants might be requested to lodge a refundable repatriation deposit of Rs 125,000.00. This deposit will be refunded to the applicant (NOT to the applicant’s agent) only if he/she complied with the conditions of the visa/temporary residence permit and only upon production of the ORIGINAL receipt issued by the High Commission together with the applicant’s passport(s), reflecting the visa, entry and exit stamps from South Africa.

  Accommodation reservation ( Hotel/ Guest house).

  The South African High Commission reserves the right to request an applicant to avail him/herself for an interview as and when requested by the SAHC.

  All Bangladeshi passport holders must have the Bangladeshi Home Affairs approval to forward the passports to Sri Lanka. (Original must be attached with the applications).

  All documents must be translated in to ENGLISH by a Sworn Translator. Copies should be certified by a Notary Public.

  Applicants visiting Host/Sponsors/Relatives who are non South Africans by birth must submit proof of how the previously mentioned entered (visa of first entry)

  In some cases the High Commission may also request additional documents not listed above in support of an application. Applicants will be advised accordingly.

  Please be advised that all applicants has to have their own set of documents (even when travelling in a group) and the High Commission is not in a position to make copies on behalf of the applicants.

Important Note:

Original supporting documents must be submitted. Certified true copies of the originals documents must also be submitted (Certified by the relevant institution)

The SAHC will verify original documents with the corresponding certified copy. The original documents will be returned to the applicant.

Third party visa inquiries will not be attended to by the SAHC.



✔  Documents scrutiny & setting and Advice on needed correction.

✔  Forms fill up and photograph verification.

✔  Required ticket itinerary & hotel booking and confirmation.

✔  Execute required communication and coordination with the concerned Embassy/Consulate.

✔  Special coordination for group visa [number of people>10].


APPLICATION FEES:          BDT. 38,000.00/- [Taka Thirty Eight Thousand only].        


The processing time for a visa is 5 – 10 working days after receiving the application (minimum), [this does not include the travelling time via courier], provided that all requested requirements are submitted. Depending on the verification authenticating of the documents and number of applications it may not always be possible to issue the visas within the proscribe time frame.
