Visa applicants have to come personally to the Visa Section of the Embassy and bring the
following documents: |

Visa Application "FORM" must be filled in, dully with dated and signed. |
| 02. |
Passport having validity of at least (06) six months from the date of application. Copy
of the latest passport of first six pages. If one brings previous passports, reference of
previous passport should be mentioned in the new passport. |
| 03. |
(04) Four-passport size color photograph (Background must be white) |
| 04. |
A detail invitation including what kinds of cost will be provided by them must reach
the Embassy before the applicants come to Embassy. |
| 05. |
Details letter of introduction addressed to the Embassy by the applicants' Company or
organization. Original appointment letter with one photocopy set, original salary
statement of last six months with one photocopy set. |
| 06. |
Bank solvency, Last (06) months Bank statement with Bank forwarding letter
(Company accounts & personal account. International Credit Card (if available,
Travelers cheque). |
| 07. |
Travel Health Insurance (Medical) with a coverage of at least 30000/=Euro or more for
the period of visit (Original with photocopy). |
| 08. |
Hotel reservation for the duration of stay at Italy. (Original with photocopy) |
| 09. |
Flight booking. (Confirmed) need to show at the time of collecting Visa. (Only PNR) |

 Visa applicants might be request to produce additional documents to the ones listed above.
Visas are generally issued after minimum 10 working days from the moment the application has been accepted.
Usually original bank statements and letter of presentation are received and
copies of other documents are received giving back their original ones after checking. |
